Roly Poly Cannon reminds us a lot of Bloons. In Bloons the object of the game is to pop all the balloons found in a given level with darts thrown by a monkey. In RolyPoly Cannon you try to send Roly Polies to heaven (blow them up) with your cannon. You can also earn them their wings by dropping them into water or into fire.
In Roly Poly you find more advanced physics than found in Bloons. The environment is less static and more destructible than the environment found in Bloons. This almost guarantees that each play of even the same level will be unique.
To master the game you need to realize that the further your mouse pointer/cannon site is from the cannon the more velocity your shot will have. This is probably the most important thing to understand to succeed in the game. Each level usually provides an adequate supply of cannon balls to complete it but do not despair if you run out! You can always reset your current level with “reset level” button.
