What Happened to the Game Giants Store?
Well here is the short answer. We are in the middle of:
a) redesigning the Game Giants site
b) we are switching game providers
c) we are dealing with artist types (herding cats) to make our sites better
What is this Visual Search Preview?
The Visual Search will provide a way to find games from other vendors and for other platforms. It is not a replacement for our store. Right now you can use it to shop for the best price on casual games, find more traditional “hard core” PC games, or a game for your iPad. We plan to make the Visual Search a part of our new store. We also still plan to feature indie games in the new store.
Why Change Game Vendors?
A big bad company bought our last vendor, and then quickly ate it for a snack ; )
Will I Still Get Game Giants Great No Spam Policy?
As far as the vendors on the Visual Search, it is not up to us. We hope they also would not spam you or store/use your personal information for nefarious purposes. Please review their privacy policies, before making a purchase. As for the new Game Giants. We plan on it! You will never receive spam from Game Giants and this will be part of any relationship we have with our new game vendor. Check here later for details…. after launch.
What if I Don’t Like the Visual Search?
Until we launch, you can check out our sister site slippergames.com for games or play some free games on our arcade. Once we launch the Visual Search will be accessed via a link. If you hate it never visit the link : )
